Team Rosberg is in the middle of preparations for the DTM season 2022. After 2021 did not go according to plan, those responsible around team principal Kimmo Liimatainen conducted numerous adjustments over the winter and left no stone unturned. This was also valued by all the partners, staying with the team for the upcoming season. In addition, Augsburg Airways, SchweisstechnikNo1.de and Riedel Communications have been won as new partners.
Five-time DTM champion Team Rosberg knows the feeling of being at the top of the DTM all too well. Therefore, the team is even more motivated to find its way back to the very top again after a less than optimal season in 2021. This also became clear over the winter, in which intensive work was carried out. The insights have already been implemented during tests in Portimão, in Imola, and at the Lausitzring, before the preparations for the season enter the final phase next week in Hockenheim with the first test by all DTM teams.
Along with presenting the slightly modified vehicle design, this year’s partners will also be introduced. The charter broker Augsburg Airways specializes in the use of private jets. The online retailer SchweisstechnikNo1.de offers all kinds of imaginable products for welding needs, which are also used in the workshop of Team Rosberg. The solutions and know-how of Riedel Communications ensure perfect communication on the racetrack. For the 17th year in a row, the team from Neustadt an der Weinstraße has put its trust in vehicles from long-term partner Audi. With Ravenol, the further development of lubricants was fine-tuned in various test series, while the Beissbarth systems are still a great help for vehicle measurement and optimization of the set-up. Last but not least, MASCOT Workwear and its textiles ensure that all team members feel good at work and look good at the same time.
